HOW TO USE
Mix BlondMe Premium Lightener 9+ Advanced Neutralization with the Developer from the same range: 7 Vol., 20 Vol. for on-scalp or off-scalp application, or 30 Vol. for off-scalp application.
Use a mixing ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 until a smooth creamy consistency is achieved.
Apply immediately to dry hair after mixing.
Even distribution ensures the best result.
Avoid overlapping on already lightened hair.
Leave on for 20-45 minutes without the use of artificial heat.
After processing, rinse thoroughly, shampoo and condition with the other products in the range.
