In a non-metallic bowl, mix 35 g (1 scoop) of Igora Vario Blond Plus dust-reduced lightening powder with 70 ml
(1:Igora Royal Oil Developer 3%, 6% or a maximum of 9%) depending on the opening required, until you achieve a soft cream.
Do not use on injured, irritated or sensitive scalp, eyebrows or eyelashes.
Avoid contact with the scalp.
Store in a cool and dry place.
Do not use on damaged hair.
Wear suitable gloves.
