How to Apply
Mix 60ml of Illumina Color dye with 60ml of Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9%, or 12%, depending on the desired result.
Apply from roots to ends and leave on for 30-40 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly and use Wella shampoo and conditioner for colored hair.
For grey coverage, prefer Welloxon Perfect 6%.
